After two days of exhausting work the tail fin is ready for pose's creative work. You should visit the exhibition 09.04 - 18.04.09 at speichergasse 8, 3000 bern. Our official opening event will be 16.04.09 19h. By the way, we couldn't avoid that the fire brigade marched in. Blimey!

Dani Suter said some time ago: "Yes, Captain, you can do whatever you want!" - "Unlucky you!", replied the Captain (you remember?).

Tataaa! Here it is. The upper part (one third) of the tail fin of a real Jumbo-Jet Boeing 747. 1:1.

After 2 days the construction is done. It's height is 3.54m (vs. room height in Bern of 3.55m).

Next Friday, April 10 2009, we will build it up in Bern.

To promote our vision, BTJ was invited by the party lable PINK MONKEY. The plan was to do a presentation and to explain the people what Bury the Jumbo is all about. To entertain the audience we took Pose and the burlesque dancer Loulou Bonbon with us.

But somehow it didn't work out....

There are tow problems to build our tail fin. First, I need technical help and, secondly, I need wood. Luckily I know Guido. He knows how to realise woodwork and he has a lot of wood.

Anything else is hard work, as you can see... The construction is mine!

Vera Veronesi and Daniel Höpflinger are the artist duo VeronesiHöpflinger. Their topic is the question about the human nature. In this context they found a research work of the deceased nurse Albertine.

In 1947, Albertine worked in a psychiatric clinic. Her experiment is based on the following assumption: The condition of the human soul directly influences the nature, that it is exposed to.

For an exhibition, the duo asked for bellies. The Captain and Mister Stradivari took their shirts off.
