Sequence of courses

The courses start in the group.
There is an exercise to stimulate the senses, eg through music, a play, meditation, or a natural experience. After the theoretical introduction to the specific topic by the trainer takes the task and the individual work.
After the course, the group comes together again to share experiences and discuss work.

1st Example: request-ritual
A staircase leads to the attic. Above is a closet, the door is unlocked. The cabinet is a candle and a mirror. The room is dark. It plays classical music.
Ritual: Every child comes with a candle in his hand alone upstairs. Above it opens the door of the cabinet. The child sees his face in the mirror, the face appears in the candlelight. It wants or thinks of something important. Dannacher it closes the door and comes down, the candle goes to the neighbor. What you saw in the mirror may not be told. Dannacher free work on „demand-cabinet“.

Meaning / purpose
The children are part of a ritual. You make an exciting and mysterious experience. And now it’s about the experiences, emotions and feelings in colors, lines, bring in a drawing to express. Between feeling and expression (mood, materials, tools), a jumper must be found.

2nd  example: relationships among the objects themselves and with us

The starting point is a ladybug. He was lying dead between the stones. In the studio he was on the table under the microscope and its appearance was discussed.
1st Step: the ladybird was drawed with the pencil.
2nd Step: The children were asked to set the environment where the ladybird was found in relation to him. Where was it stocked? Why did he die? What has surrounded him? The drawing was developed.
3rd Step: On the basis of the drawing the children made a painting.
4th Step: With closed eyes, the children have thought of the ladybug. For a moment they should concentrate on what pictures  came up to their mind. With closed eyes, they gave instructions to the instructor what color they see. He has provided the paint and the child starts to paint –  eyes still shut.

Meaning / purpose
The children learn they see the objects, put them up in relation to their environment and to recognize that the environment has an influence on the object.  They learned that the environment has an impact on ourselves. Finally, the children have released from the environment and have entered into relationship with themselves, led to the creation of their own images by closing their eyes. The experience to make ones intuition visible on a painting is a creative act

1. step: drawing

2. Step: painting

3. step: painting with closed eyes
